The asset for hospitality use is located in Rome, Viale Giustiniano Imperatore, and consists of a building lot on which is set an entire building under construction, for hospitality use. The project site lies in the immediate surroundings of Via Cristoforo Colombo, one of the main roads of Rome, and it is approximately 1 Km from the underground station “Basilica di San Paolo” (Linea B), about 6 km from the Termini Railway Station, 5 Km from A91 Rome- Fiumicino Freeway, 9 Km from A24 Rome – Teramo Freeway and 25 Km from the International Airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

The asset consists of a building lot of approximately 9.000 sqm where develops a building covering an area of 23.040 sqm of which 14.155 above-ground (hotel), 3.765 (balconies and terraces) and 5.120 sqm underground (garage). The hotel complex consists of 182 rooms (including 3 suites), 1 restaurant, 1 convention centre (capacity 500 people) and a Spa.

The project site is currently nearing completion and therefore not yet operational. The construction project is planned to be an eight-storey building for hospitality use, plus a basement and a mezzanine level. The asset has a regular structural articulation and it is scanned by two homogeneously joint staircases and a structural grid on-sight. The levels where the rooms take place are provided with a central corridor and the stairwells are positioned at the ends. The backbone is framed with beams and pillars of reinforced concrete. The inner portions are made of masonry boards and multi-layer drywall. Due to the long period of suspension of work, nowadays the asset shows serious damages which make it necessary a complete restructuring, both for what concerns the fittings and the finishing of the structure.
